HQ texture pack is a mod for Grand Theft Auto IV created by Lord Neophyte. The name explains it all. It’s simply a set of new textures that replace the original ones. They are much more detailed and made in higher rest. After installing they transform the whole graphics, making the game a lot prettier.
Modder ‘flame1251’ has released the 1.3 enhanced version of his High Resolution Texture pack for Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. As the title suggests, this modification improves the game’s graphics by replacing old textures for better quality. Main textures of Las Venturas, Los Santos, San Fierro and some parts of the countryside have been reworked. The modder has also announced that he has been working on a brand new version of his mod that is created entirely from scratch and will be called HRT 1.4 for the past two years. Flame1251 aims to preserve the original style and mood of the game and that all textures that will be featured in HRT 1.4 will be similar to the original ones (though in higher resolution and with better quality). Furthermore, the modder plans to also upgrade/enhance the textures of all the character models. Those interested can download this texture pack from here.Enjoy the following screenshots!Gta Sa Texture Pack For Low Pc

Earlier this year, Martin Bergman was working on a GTA V graphics mod that looked positively unreal. It’s still not out—he’s been keeping busy with Battlefront—but another modder (Josh Romito) has stepped in and done pretty much the same thing. Only his mod is available right now.
Via Mixed Digital, the mod—called The Pinnacle of V - World Enhancement Project—goes way past slider tweaks and shader enhancements, including new lighting, new weather, and loads of smaller improvements to everything from smoke effects to the amount of time your footprints remain behind.
The biggest and most noticeable change, though, is in the range of all-new textures Josh and some help have made for the game. Clouds, water, plants, grass and blood are now at 4K resolutions, while cars are looking sharp.
